First visit with this service department. Took my new Traverse in for its first oil change. Had a "waiting for vehicle" appointment at 10am. I didn't get my vehicle back until a little aft Took my new Traverse in for its first oil change. Had a "waiting for vehicle" appointment at 10am. I didn't get my vehicle back until a little after 1pm. Then after getting home I received a text that the technician had forgotten to replace my wheel lock key in the vehicle, so I had to return to the dealership. Very low level of communication and not what I am used to with Chevrolet. I am a lifetime owner of nothing but Chevy vehicles so this was disappointing. More

Was quoted a price when I check another Chevy dealership they quoted half as much as told me I’d been getting ripped off.
