I really appreciate you giving us the honest feedback, especially on your first visit with us. Waiting from 10am until after 1pm for a scheduled oil change on your new Traverse, and then having to come back because the wheel lock key was left out, isn't the level of communication or follow-through you should expect - and I'm sorry for that. That's not the Better Experience we aim to deliver, especially to a lifelong Chevy owner who knows what good service should look like. We're grateful you gave our Everett team a try, and we'll take this to heart so we can do better next time.
