Took my new Traverse in for its first oil change. Had a "waiting for vehicle" appointment at 10am. I didn't get my vehicle back until a little after 1pm. Then after getting home I received a text that the technician had forgotten to replace my wheel lock key in the vehicle, so I had to return to the dealership. Very low level of communication and not what I am used to with Chevrolet. I am a lifetime owner of nothing but Chevy vehicles so this was disappointing.

Waiting from 10am until after 1pm for a scheduled oil change on your new Traverse, and then having to come back because the wheel lock key was left out, isn't the level of communication or follow-through you should expect - and I'm sorry for that. That's not the Better Experience we aim to deliver, especially to a lifelong Chevy owner who knows what good service should look like.
