What a great car buying experience!!! When my wife and I made the decision of replacing her old SUV I was both terrified and concern. Buying a car is not as easy as it ways some time ago. I met Steve (Sunshine) Kroes online and from the beginning the interaction and his responsiveness was great. He not only understood I was busy, but he didn't pester me like other car dealers do. For me that was HUGE. Steve helped us understand the trims and differences of the vehicle very clearly and also helped us find the right SUV since it wasn't in their lot. He was patient, professional and very thorough with me and my wife, especially with the numbers, and between him and Jeff help us get a phenomenal deal on our new Ascent. Overall the courtesy, professionalism and customer care that the entire team showed us was amazing and they definitely earn a customer for life. There are dealers out there that need to learn from you all. You have to come and meet them. They are Great to work with. More

Stephen was super friendly and eager to teach me all about the car I was interested. Unfortunately I did way too much research and he didn't have a whole lot to show (Sorry Stephen). He easily walked me through all phases of the car buying process. The price they were able to offer me on the car was better than the market average and had some extra perks which I was not expecting. They were receptive and not rude about any negotiations, I feel I ended up with a great deal. The financing also went very smooth. Freddie was able to show me all my options and help me pick out a plan that was best for me. Overall an amazing experience with Subaru of Grapevine. As I told Stephen, I wasn't looking to buy a car, but to build a relationship. Well they did it, I will be coming back anytime I need service or a car, plus I'll getting my family on board too.
