Working with Stephen and Jay, my wife and I got the new Honda CR-V we wanted at the price we wanted to pay... As a huge dealership, they had plenty of CR-V's in their inventory in our color, so they had ex Honda CR-V we wanted at the price we wanted to pay... As a huge dealership, they had plenty of CR-V's in their inventory in our color, so they had exactly what we wanted and didn't want us to leave without the car, and at a price other local dealers couldn't beat. Being an educated consumer and knowning what you want and how dealer's make deals definately helps. Negotiating with Planet Honda was very straightforward and professional. More

My husband and I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot at Planet Honda on Saturday, and we are thrilled with the car, the price, and the service. I highly recommend salesman Steve March. He was not at all the "push Honda on Saturday, and we are thrilled with the car, the price, and the service. I highly recommend salesman Steve March. He was not at all the "pushy" salesman type. He simply presented our options, took us for a test drive, and gave us time to talk over our decision in private. When we got home, we realized that we never got the radio code in case the battery dies, so I went back today, and Steve personally handled the process of tracking the number down. We also got a great interest rate for the loan - an even better rate than my husband, who is a veteran, could secure through USAA, and they always have the best rates. We traded in a 1998 Honda Accord, and we were extremely happy with the trade in value they gave us for the car. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely be going back when it comes time for our next new car. More

I have never bought a new car before and was nervous with this process( I had a used 2005 Pilot form Planet Honda). Stephen was very helpful in explaining to me the process and this gave me the assurance of this process( I had a used 2005 Pilot form Planet Honda). I went to Planet Honda to replace my 2011 Honda Pilot that was flooded during hurricane Sandy and after the week that I had it was a pleasure to be shopping for a new Pilot at Planet Honda. The minute w that was flooded during hurricane Sandy and after the week that I had it was a pleasure to be shopping for a new Pilot at Planet Honda. The minute we walked in we were met by Stephen March and Eddie Amorin who treated us with the utmost respect. They made this difficult process so simple and painless and they gave us a great deal. I HIGHLY recommend Planet Honda to al of my family and friends. They made us feel like part of the Planet Honda family and I will be back in December when my lease on my Honda Accord is up to get a new Honda Accord!!! More

Stephen March was extremely helpful to us. We weren't sure which model we were going to choose and he was very willing to give us the time and attention we needed. Stephen was tremendous. He listened carefully to our needs and requests and followed through on all of them. We appreciate the amount of effort he put in to locate and obtain the exact vehicle we wante needs and requests and followed through on all of them. We appreciate the amount of effort he put in to locate and obtain the exact vehicle we wanted, regarding color choices. The one disappointing aspect of the transaction is regarding a dealership policy. The dealership automatically adds the "appearance package" to every vehicle, which includes pin striping, wheel locks, and door edge guards at $995. Also, "Nitrogen" was added to the vehicle, where air is removed from the tires and replaced with Nitrogen and the valve stem caps are replaced with fancy metal chrome caps with "Nitrogen" logo, which adds another $59.99. I was able to negotiate down the $995 down to $528. But, the $59.99 for the Nitrogen remained. My preference would have been to purchase the new vehicle without "Nitrogen" and without the "Appearance Package". After establishing the price for a vehicle, it is not a pleasant surprise to find out about these mandatory dealership price adders at the end of the deal. More

The purchase of my new pilot was a very professional experience from start to finish. I have purchased a few new cars over the years and this purchase was the best! They were friendly, very knowlegable and and conducted their business in a relaxed and efficient and professional manner.
