We went in to purchase the car and in 40 minutes, we negotiated the price of the car and got all the financing paperwork finished. Stephen maintained a consistent high level of professionalism, took time, and was patient with my questions (I had many being this was my first Mercedes purchase). He never made me feel any question I had being a novice about cars in general was irrelevant or stupid. Although he was patient and open, he also possessed a confidence that made me certain that I made the right decision for myself and my family. His love and knowledge of the Mercedes brand was evident. Not only was Stephen an expert in the technological aspects of the vehicles, he also knew how to proceed with each and every step of the purchase itself and provided consultation and guidance with my desire to trade in my previous car (which also happened to be purchased at another Rallye dealership).
