I met Steve P right before the covid shut down as a walk in on a saturday. Right away he made me feel comfortable that i was in experienced honest hands. He took me on a test drive and successfully showed m in on a saturday. Right away he made me feel comfortable that i was in experienced honest hands. He took me on a test drive and successfully showed me how my new Mercedes is better than the Range Rover that i was already convinced i would be buying. The whole process was a 10 put of 10 and i will be back when my wifes current lease is up to work with him again. Excellent experience from sale to delivery. More

FIRST RATE Customer Service with Stephen Paladino at Rallye Motors I went to several car dealers before deciding on which car to buy. Also, because of my busy schedule I made several inquiries via Rallye Motors I went to several car dealers before deciding on which car to buy. Also, because of my busy schedule I made several inquiries via telephone. Unlike at other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised by Stephen Paladino’s personable manner and his quick and informative responses over the phone, without giving me any pressure to first come-in before giving out any information. He listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions and even emailed me some details to help narrow down my choices. I was so impressed by Stephen’s helpful attitude and how easy it was to talk with him, that on my next day off I headed out to his dealership first to discuss things further. He took his time to show me the different models and answer all my concerns. He did not rush me in any way nor push me into buy anything, instead he was very forthcoming and worked on developing a sense of trust. It seemed his ultimate goal was to make sure I was satisfied more so that just trying to sell me a car. When it came to price, I gave him an idea of my range and what I was willing to pay. Stephen went out of his way to work with me to come as close as possible to that number. He did not play any games. Instead he went above and beyond, searching for incentives to try and make it happen. In the end the price we agreed upon was exactly what I paid, there were no hidden fees or extra fees. He then took me out to the car, explained everything and even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed any assistance in figuring things out with the new car. This dealership, Stephen Paladino in particular and even the business manager Eric Weiner made buying a car a painless and pleasurable process for me. I left Rallye Motors feeling good. Thank you so much Stephen! I will definitely work with you again when I’m ready to purchase my next car. More

I have been a Rallye customer since 1990 and have had the pleasure of dealing with the same salesperson from the beginning, Robert Gershowitz. Needless to say, you don’t deal with the same person for thirty pleasure of dealing with the same salesperson from the beginning, Robert Gershowitz. Needless to say, you don’t deal with the same person for thirty years if you don’t receive outstanding and personal treatment. On the very rare occasion that Robert wasn’t available, I have very ably been assisted by his colleague, Bob Bianchi. Rallye provides customers with delivery experts when they pickup their new cars. My last four deliveries were handled by Steve Paladino whose knowledge of Mercedes cars is impressive and very welcoming when first getting into a new and unfamiliar vehicle. Rallye’s service department is equally outstanding. My service advisor for more than twenty years is Ramiro Milian who has never failed to go above and beyond to take care of our cars which between my wife and myself have added up to about twenty. When Ramiro isn’t available his colleague, Ken Vachris, has ably filled in with equally outstanding service. Finally, I would be remiss if I failed to mention the guy who runs service, Charlie Ludemann. To the extent that great service starts from the top, Rallye customers are very lucky to have Charlie running service and parts. While most customers seldom have dealings with the service manager, should that rare event occur, Charlie’s leadership and knowledge will become immediately apparent as well as the goodwill he brings to a satisfactory resolution of any issue. Rallye is a truly outstanding organization on all levels and has succeeded to bring together top notch personnel to represent an elite brand. Even through tremendous growth during the decades, Rallye has never compromised or forgotten its commitment to personal customer service. More
