I recently had some routine service on my Honda Crosstour at Lia Honda of Albany. Steve Smith, my service representative, was right there to greet me by name when I drove in. He reassured me about the COVID19 precautions taken and made sure I was comfortable with everything - and I was. I was happy with the service and although it was a little longer than usual, I didn't mind. The waiting room was well spaced out and clean. In fact, a gentleman came through and cleaned as I was waiting. John Kelty, the Service Manager, stopped to say a quick hello as he passed through too, which was very kind. Just bought a honda crv at lia. the sales man was Jay Birnbaum,, He was professional and very patient with an old guy like me. Explained everything in the car and assisted me with all my concerns. Joe has been my service adviser when I have had other service appointments in the past, and he is always friendly, professional, and always gives me great advice about the car maintenance services I should do, The service advisers at Lia Honda of Albany are all very nice and knowledgeable about car maintenance, and they always guide me in the right direction whenever my car has an issue or just needs routine maintenance. I have an older Honda Accord that is aging well, so it means so much to me to get such great car maintenance advise from Joe Calabucci, and the other service advisers at Lia Honda. More
