He has since earned the designation of "Platinum Level" Automotive Service Advisor. In his free time, Steve spends time outdoors enjoying bow hunting, fishing and camping with family.

This was for a recall. I was initially told it would take 1/2 day. Made an appointment, got there and was told- no it would take a whole day and it would not be ready until I was initially told it would take 1/2 day. Made an appointment, got there and was told- no it would take a whole day and it would not be ready until tomorrow. Finally the next day I called and was told, still was not ready because even though I had an appointment 30 other people were in for the same thing, which I get, everybody wanted the recall fixed, but DO not lie about timing. I had an appointment and if that means nothing, why give me on. It was finally finished later that day. I have no other choice but to recommend this service center because I bought the car there just this April. More

I’m still driving my twenty-two year old Honda because of Dave Mungenast St Louis Honda. I go there because I trust them and they know how to fix everything! A few weeks ago my new battery went dead. Foun Dave Mungenast St Louis Honda. I go there because I trust them and they know how to fix everything! A few weeks ago my new battery went dead. Found out a switch under the brake pedal broke, causing the brake lights to remain on continuously and totally drain the battery. The cost to repair was very low. The people there are so great! Very friendly and will explain everything. More
