Excellent service and a great deal Just purchased a certified pre-owned CX5 from Heritage Mazda in Bel Air and worked with Steve Ward. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online lat Just purchased a certified pre-owned CX5 from Heritage Mazda in Bel Air and worked with Steve Ward. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online late on a Sunday, responded to the online link and got a call from Steve within minutes. I really wanted to see the car, but had a busy day scheduled on Monday and live an hour from Bel Air. Steve made arrangements to meet me at work so that I could test drive the car and he could have my trade in appraised. We handled ALL of the negotiations over the phone and he was excellent at communicating via phone and text. On Tuesday I drove to the dealership to sign the paperwork, but he had everything ready for me because he knew I was pressed for time. Everything price-wise was exactly as we had verbally agreed to over the phone-- there were no surprises at all. I was only at the dealership for a short time and it was a very pleasant experience, as everyone I encountered, including Garrett in finance and Devon the internet sales manager, was extremely professional and pleasant. Overall a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend them and would definitely purchase another car from them in the future. More
