It was absolutely a great experience dealing with Ricart Hyundai! Everyone we dealt with gave excellent customer service. Cooper kept in contact with us and kept us informed of when new vehicles were scheduled to be delivered. He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the vehicles and features they have. We were actually driving to another dealership when he called to let us know that a few Elantra's had arrived. He was there waiting for us when we arrived. Now that's excellent service! Manager John also took the time to speak to us and was very informative and pleasant to talk to. When we met with Sterling to go over financing, we initially were going through the credit union which we found to be an issue and a convoluted process. Sterling made a call to see what rate we could get if we chose to go through the dealership's financing. He was very patient, thorough and walked us through the process and compared the credit union's rate to the dealership's rate and monthly payments. A process that took hours dealing with the credit union, only to find hidden fees that were not disclosed up front from them, only took around 15 minutes going through the dealership's financing. Sterling was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made it a great experience! Cooper's professional follow-up and follow through with us made it an easy decision to do business with Ricart! More
