The dealership made the buying process easy. We were just looking for a new car and accidently went to Toyota. We went in told Andrej what items we wanted in a vehicle. Our experience was the best we have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Our salesman, Steve Anderson, manager rep Mike Sartino and finance rep Ben Bleed were all great to work with. Steve, Mike and Ben all treated us as if we were loyal customers and not first time buyers. Matt greeted us and was very friendly and Steve took us for the test drive and answered all our questions about the car. Matt gave us a good price and we decided to continue with the process. Ben worked out a great loan for us and gave us all the information regarding gap insurance we needed to be able to make the right decision. We even played some trivia!
