Silky smooth pleasure ride This car-buying experience was shockingly easy! Steve Anderson checked out the 2015 Honda Odyssey I was interested in ahead of time to let me know it This car-buying experience was shockingly easy! Steve Anderson checked out the 2015 Honda Odyssey I was interested in ahead of time to let me know it was in good shape and got the appointment set up for me. Once I arrived, Chris Beto had the vehicle pulled up and ready and was very thorough in showing me the features. Once we got down to crunching numbers, Chris and Mike Sartino were very fair and took time to explain how they arrived at the price on my trade and the new vehicle. No badgering, no games, no shady tactics. Ben Bleed got me to the finish line with a fantastic finance rate, and I was in and out of his office in 20 min. Forget about going to Napleton or Bachrodt, or driving all over the suburbs, just start with Anderson Toyota Lexus and treat yourself to the red-carpet experience you deserve! More

He pulled up a minivan, which my husband was an absolute no on. We looked at the minivan, sat in it, took it for a test drive (in the middle of a major snow storm). We received an amazing deal, each person we met with was very nice. We were not pushed to purchase anything. We left with a minivan. More

Really friendly sales personnel After test driving and looking at every new car dealership in the Rockford and Loves Park areas we decided to order a 2019 Lexus from Anderson Toyota After test driving and looking at every new car dealership in the Rockford and Loves Park areas we decided to order a 2019 Lexus from Anderson Toyota Lexus. Our experience was the best we have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Our salesman, Steve Anderson, manager rep Mike Sartino and finance rep Ben Bleed were all great to work with. Steve, Mike and Ben all treated us as if we were loyal customers and not first time buyers. It was actually a good experience purchasing a new car and not high pressured as the other area dealer sales people. We will be sure to work with Steve, Mike and Ben when considering purchasing another vehicle. More

Steve Anderson showed the right amount of guidance without being pushy at all, and that was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend him for any purchase ! The same can be said for Tony Signorella. He explained what my options were for additional packages to purchase, without making me feel rushed or pushed into buying something Manager Mike was also very nice and friendly with out making me feel pressured. He made sure to come over several times during my two visits to make sure everything was going smoothly More
