Overall it was a good experience with sales, they move very quickly. However, I do not like that they alloy their $2,000 dealer package to all of the vehicles without giving the customer the opportunity t very quickly. Additionally, the finance department was not very proficient in dealing with out of state customers, which really slowed the process down. Overall, the buying experience was decent, but only time will tell how the customer service after purchase is. More

My wife and I went to get her Dodge Journey Crossroads serviced due to oil leaks. We were told and shown in a video the oil leak was from an oil cooler along with rust down the frame from motor mounts wor serviced due to oil leaks. We were told and shown in a video the oil leak was from an oil cooler along with rust down the frame from motor mounts worn out. It was going to cost us over $ 3000.00 to fix these three issues. From my experience as a mechanic, race car driver, and owner of several cars, trucks, and motorcycles, when something breaks it is just the beginning of further failures. So in trading that nightmare for another car that my wife wanted for so long was a no brainer for me to sign on the dotted line. More

Untruthful and absolutely two-faced. Jordan was completely unhelpful and blamed Stelantis (Dodge/Ram) for the way they lure customers into the dealership with false advertising. They pulled every “rebate” and discount out of thin air, made up their own, and combined them in a way that isn’t even possible to show prices thousands of dollars cheaper than other dealerships. Example: $4000 discount for a leased vehicle. $3000 discount for a financed vehicle. This equals $7000 discount off of MSRP even thought no one finances and leases a vehicle. 🤌🏽👍🏽 great job guys. More
