The management was more interested in putting me in the vehicle they wanted me to have, not what I wanted within my financing range. They sent my information to so many companies my score dropped 52 points vehicle they wanted me to have, not what I wanted within my financing range. They sent my information to so many companies my score dropped 52 points in 1 day. That stopped any other dealers from selling as I took such a hit 😡 More

Many issues with this dealership. Fees, addons, missing items and trade value. I asked up front about fees and addons and was told nothing. Had a good experience overall and our salesman, Steve Bianchi was great. Easy process with finance also; Angel made it easy. The doors were supposed to open at 11am and they were about 20 minutes late, Bianchi was great. Easy process with finance also; Angel made it easy. The doors were supposed to open at 11am and they were about 20 minutes late, but Steve was already there before 11 and speaking with us. My only wish was that they could have provided a second key fob and a passcode for the center console lock. More
