The entire financing procedure was very straight forward without any hidden fees, Darren Schwartz was very professional. This is my second Jeep purchase from Northwest Hills. The first was a new 2012 Jeep Rubicon that had some significant mechanical issues that were fully and competently taken care of at that time. Because of my excellent experience six years ago this made my decision automatic in returning to Northwest Hills for my new Jeep Rubicon purchase. More

#1 Dealership I was in the market to buy a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had already been to a few dealerships around CT and had narrowed everything down to I was in the market to buy a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had already been to a few dealerships around CT and had narrowed everything down to the exact car I wanted. However, at other dealerships I always felt like I was not being fully informed, and there were hidden fees and gimmicks throughout. In addition, I dealt with your stereotypical “sleazy salesmen” that’s just trying to sell the car and did not take me seriously due to my age (I am 23). I had a gut feeling that before I put a down payment on a car, I should continue my search for other dealerships. So, I went online and ended up finding Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. From the moment I walked in to Northwest Hills I was treated with kindness and the utmost respect. The manager immediately greeted my Dad and I and set us up with the best salesman I could have ever asked for. William Hogarth is a class act guy. From the moment I started working with him he took me seriously and genuinely cared about finding me the perfect car. I gave him all of my specifications on the exact car I was looking for and shortly thereafter he had found my absolute dream car - and for an unmatchable price. He did everything in his power to prep the car and make it available for me to drive off the lot as soon as possible. When I went to pick it up he even sat in the car with me and explained every feature that was offered and I could not have been more thankful. I cannot say enough positive things about William Hogarth and the Northwest Hills team. From Torrington, they truly understand the perks of having a car dealership, “in your backyard.” William’s honesty, compassion and understanding went a long way with me; and not to mention he’s extremely personable, and you could have a conversation with him outside of the car buying process. He continues to make himself available if need be for any questions or concerns I may have. The whole process from start to finish was seemless and everyone at Northwest Hills respected your time and made sure you were satisfied every step of the way. I truly cannot imagine having bought my first car from anywhere else and I am beyond happy with my decision to go through this dealership. Extremely knowledgeable about the Cherokee and financial options. He assessed our needs and offered us choices. Without any pressure I might add. He gave us time and space to talk things over and consider our options. Once we made our decision he quickly found our vehicle, got it to the dealership and set up a delivery. The GM Steve was great to deal with also and answered any questions or concerns. The financial manager Darren was great too. He went over everything and explained everything. Everyone works as part of a "team" so that you have a great buying experience. The truck was prepped beautifully. The prep guys seem to take a lot of pride in their work. I definitely will recommend Northwest Hills Dealerships! I actually bought a Chevy Colorado from Bill. I selected Jeep below because that was the 1st vehicle we purchased. More

They sold me a car that they didn't have a title to. They had a car on their lot for sale that I was interested in. I kept in touch and they gave me a better deal so I said I would buy it. I emptied my car of everything (I have a trunk full of work stuff) and went there because they said I could sign the paperwork and take the car that day. I was very excited to pick up my new car. After we started the sale paperwork they said that they would have to send me on a dealer plate because they didn't have the title. Then they said I could not take the car on the dealer plate because I live out of state and my Insurance won't cover me on an out of state dealer plate. They said could not put me in a dealer plate if MY insurance wouldn't cover it....what about THEIR insurance? It was their mistake selling a car that they didn't have a title to. They said nope they would not. They lost my business for life! I like their service dept and I liked my salesman but the general manager is a fool. It was THEIR MISTAKE and they should have let me take the car I just bought and was excited to take and drive. I should never had been told it may take 10 days or so to get the title and then I could come back to get the car. Their loss. More
