I went to several dealerships that had no interest in my special order, and were very pushy trying to sell me something off their lot. When I went to Northwest Hills Jeep, I told John Diaz that I'd like to put in a custom order. He didn't try to sell me something from the lot for even a second! We had a custom vehicle built in just a few minutes. I made ONE offer, it was accepted without any pushback or hassle. Four weeks later, I had my custom vehicle. Best car buying experience, bar none. I had done my diligent research of vehicles online and secured financing through a FCU. When I spoke with John Diaz at NWH he confirmed the vehicle wa I had done my diligent research of vehicles online and secured financing through a FCU. When I spoke with John Diaz at NWH he confirmed the vehicle was available and was able to set up a short notice appointment for that evening. He then asked if I would consider their lenders as it would expedite the process if their lender could meet or beat what the FCU offered. There was no pressure; he just put it out there and let me make the call. I decided to go for it and I am glad I did. I hadn't signed any documents with the FCU so there was no commitment. The reason why this was my best car buying experience bar none is that I was in and out of the dealer in less than 90 minutes. Every other experience I have had with a dealer was at least a half a day excursion. I didn't even go with the intent to buy that evening but wound up driving off the lot in my new (used) vehicle. I don't know specifically who all else was part of the efforts (financing, sales manager, etc.) but I was legit in and out the door in less than 90 minutes. John had the vehicle ready as soon as I got there to test drive, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to quickly confirm information if he wasn't certain. I would definitely recommend NWH to anyone looking to buy a FCA/Mopar vehicle. John was excellent, and all of the staff was extremely friendly. When I am next in the market for a vehicle they will be my first choice of places to look to see if they have the vehicle desired as i would be happy to give my business to them again. More

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, its features and the warranties. Mr. Diaz was very professional and prompt with the entire process. He guided me through the paper work aspect as well making sure I got the best price for the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and can not see my self going anywhere else for another vehicle. I also would like to praise Steve, who I believe is the sales manager, who also work very hard to ensure the dealership received our business, but more importantly that my family was happy. We compared Jeeps with the exact options and sticker price and nobody came close to North West Hills. They saved us $80.00 a month and the staff was far more professional than the staff at the other Dealerships. We bought our previous Jeep here and will be back when we need the next one.
