William Hogarth was my salesman and I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to help me navigate through the process! His knowledge of the vehicles, his patient and non-pressure personality along with his great sense of humor made the normally anxiety provoking experience of purchasing a vehicle a surprisingly great one! Bill was a true professiona My wife and I recently purchased a car at Northwest Hills Dealerships in Torrington, Ct. Mr Bill Reudgen was our salesman. Bill was a true professional in every way. He took the time to describe all the features and benefits on the car we purchased and there was no pressure on us in any way. He simply was the best salesperson any customer would want to handle their purchase of a car. We highly recommend Northwest Hills Dealerships and their salesman Bill Reudgen to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned car. Their entire staff, including Mr. Steve Boswell, their general mgr., who was also very friendly and helpful in many ways and Mr. Jeff Cormier, their business Mgr. who explained the purchase paperwork in simple terms, were fantastic to say the least. If you are looking for a great car dealership, go to Northwest Hills and you will not be disappointed. More

He wasn't pushy, listened, and did his best to meet what we were looking for. We did not have to go through the dreaded back and forth dickering to arrive at a final price for our vehicle. You could tell they wanted our business and did what they could to make a deal. The vehicle was ready with no hassles when they said it would be. We would go back there again. More
