Stressfull 12/ 15/2015: We had bad experience at another dealership a week before so I was happy that we had William helping us. We felt welcome by William Hogarth from the start and at no time did we feel pressure into buying anything. The problem started here. We were not able to transfer my plate and have the truck register in our name because they where waiting on the title but was told no more then 2 wks. Don't worry it happens all the time. I am going to give you my personal dealer plate. 6/5/2016 UPDATE: 6 months and still no registration of my truck. We keep getting told 3 wks then it's DMV 90 days. Then they have to get a sign off from former owner. Ask for update and you get no calls from anyone. My advice to anyone buying a use vehicle make sure BEFORE they have you sign anything. ( We were not told pier to signing surprise) Title and registration are all-set if they tell you this happens all the time, two wks walk away from the deal because it's not worth the stress. We are on 6 months of being told another 2 / 3 wks. Have gone up the ladder with mangers, gen mangers, now even talked with Kevin Sullivan ( owner) and still nothing has been resolve.I am at the point I want them to buy back this Jeep that I can not register in our name. More
