Above and beyond! Took my Ram 2500 in for recalls (2) as well as a heater core issue. I had an extended warranty on the truck & the warranty center said the core wasn’t Took my Ram 2500 in for recalls (2) as well as a heater core issue. I had an extended warranty on the truck & the warranty center said the core wasn’t covered. Steve took the time to explain the issue to the warranty company and the repair was in fact covered.
