Everything at Sellers was very upfront and above board. The sales manager (Steve) did an appraisal on my trade-in and came and explained everything thoroughly. The trade-in Sellers would have given me was lower than my guaranteed trade in through Subaru and he was honest and helpful in giving me the price. They even bumped out a small dent and buffed out some surface scratches for free for me so that I could get the guaranteed trade-in price with no problems from Subaru!! When I picked up my new (CPO) Subaru Outback it was shiny and looked brand spanking new. I will absolutely use Sellers Subaru for any future Subaru purchases - I would even consider coming back if I moved out of state because they are so honest and easy to deal with. More

This earns a crazy amount of respect in my book. I was able to get back into my favorite brand (subie), and get the car nobody else was willing to sell at MSRP. He tailored the whole process to my needs and requests. He worked with my midnights work schedule and kept in contact with me throughout the process while being mindful of my sleep schedule, which was very appreciated. He made sure to explain every detail about the purchasing process and was able to answer all my questions. If you are in the market for a car then Alex is the man to see. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and will work diligently to make sure you leave in a car that YOU will love. Jamie in finance also was a pleasure to work with. She talked me through my finance options and made everything clear to me. I left the dealer with no questions unanswered. 10/10 experience with Sellers Subaru with very friendly staff. My 2018 Subaru Outback Experience My wife and I visited the Subaru dealership in Macomb Township on a Monday evening at about 7pm. We did not have the knowledge they closed at 8pm. Jac My wife and I visited the Subaru dealership in Macomb Township on a Monday evening at about 7pm. We did not have the knowledge they closed at 8pm. Jackie Elicea greeted us as we entered the salesroom, and we expressed our interest in looking at a Outback and Forrester. She had an Outback and the door for a test drive within minutes after our arrival, and while we were test driving the Outback, she had a Forrester wating to drive when we returned. We returned with the Forrester and sat and talked to Jackie well after closing. There was no pressure from the sales staff, and they were very accomodating to answer all questions. Sellers Subaru provided us with one of the best buying experience of a new car. I would reccomend this dealership to any person that wants to purchase a new Subaru. We did purchase the Subaru Outback! Thank You Sellers Subaru. More
