Quickest most customer oriented experience ever! I purchased a used Lincoln MKS and just wanted to say that Frank Lambert was the best! I knew what I was looking for and the price was more than fair. Even though I originally had my heart set on another vehicle he directed and showed me a car that was great on value, condition, and safety. (***I have to mention he also showed me a competitor dealership where I could look at getting the car I originally was interested in, which proves that he was more concerned with my needs and not motivated by the sale.) I was not pressured or coerced in any way, but educated and treated like I was family and that they wanted me to be completely satisfied before I was ready to purchase. I would highly recommend Steve Sr. and Bill DeLord for anyone who is contemplating buying/trading in for a new vehicle. They are amazing from start to finish!
