Watch for the 'refresh' offer I own a 2015 X5, currently with 47kmi on it. Back in July, I took it in for a routine oil change. I was advised and offered a maintenance 'refresh' I own a 2015 X5, currently with 47kmi on it. Back in July, I took it in for a routine oil change. I was advised and offered a maintenance 'refresh' deal for $700 until 50kmi. He said 'because I might need to have new brake pads n rotors'. It sounds like a great deal but not so fast. Because after the oil change the inspection report shows that my front brake pads are 10mm and rears 9mm. Brand new there are 12mm. Most likely I won't need them replace until 60kmi. I feel that the advisor could of been more honest with me instead of selling me something I don't need. Very disappointed. I have purchased 4 bmw from this dealer. More

Rushed sale I purchased a used car recently and there were hidden fees that weren’t brought up to my attention until I signed my papers. At this point I was tired I purchased a used car recently and there were hidden fees that weren’t brought up to my attention until I signed my papers. At this point I was tired of chasing my salesman around the lot. He was juggling 2-3 customers at a time and didn’t spend time with anyone. He didn’t get my car detailed until the end which made me wait 30 mins. He didn’t clean it all the way so I had to go back and let him know to clean it again. Then my car threw a code so now I have to go back and take it in for service. The keys were handed to me with shop tags all over them. Steve shook my hand and said see you later and went to his other customers. More
