I was on a trip with my sister and my little dog when the alternator went out. We got safely to a parking lot. I called Cobb County Toyota and Anthony started the ball rolling. He gave me the number of a tow truck and Jimmy came to the rescue. We got to the dealership safely and Jimmy was awesome! I was able to rent a vehicle to finish our trip. After learning that my vehicle was a goner, Mark was able to get me into a 2024 RAV4! Identical to the one I rented. Every single person we dealt with from the start to finish was super kind and made a difficult situation so much better! More

Not a pleasant experience. ..over 5 hours dealing with a tire that never got fixed. Never even received a quote for the tire but they did offer a road hazard plan for $977.
