We went on a great test drive, through hills, curves and on the highway. I went in on a Saturday just looking for at cars and I fell in love with this vehicle and I didn’t want someone to take it. So Zeck worked with me and let me test drive it for the weekend. Came back early Monday morning and officially bought the car. I would recommend Steve and Zeck to anyone they’re really good about knowing their information on the cars. And they sure know how to answer questions so all people there understand. 10 out of 10 would so recommend these guys/gals. Oh yes don’t forget the guys at the end they clean and make your brand new car or truck shiny. More

We walked in and was greeted by Steve Courter, took a test drive in the Buick Enclave and went back and purchased it. I think from the time we walked in till the time we drove out was less than an hour and a half. VERY fast transaction! Steve handled everything for us and gave us a bit of a history lesson on Leavenworth during our test drive. There is no doubt that I would go back if I was looking for another car and I will send others there. More

The sales person, Steve Corter, was awesome with her and didn't try to manipulate her into anything she didn't want. She said he was very nice. Nicole Frederick was helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns before I stepped foot into the dealership. I felt comfortable leaving my Mom in their hands. Waste of time! I went to Zeck Ford to look at two trucks, one was sold and the other was still in stock. This truck was marked 4K over Kelly Blue Book and NADA recom I went to Zeck Ford to look at two trucks, one was sold and the other was still in stock. This truck was marked 4K over Kelly Blue Book and NADA recommendations. I asked why so High basically got that's the price no further explanation. The sales manager then started to advise me look at other vehicles he had in stock that he could deal on. I looked at the truck I was interested in and a couple of the trucks the sales manager suggested. I had my truck appraised. I made a fair offer based on Kelly BB and NADA standards that was immediately denied and on my trade even though both the sales manager and salesman told me it was a clean low mileage trade they offered me the low end of fair value. So their vehicle is worth 4k over Kelly BB and mine was worth the absolutely lowest amount possible. The sales manager then tried to get me to look at other vehicles I had not interest in. I am sure not all vehicle are priced this way but Zeck Ford did me no favors and basically wasted my time. I will be happy to share my experience with my friends, family, and co-workers. More
