Of the past 20+ Porsches I have purchased over the prior 25 years, I cannot recall being treated as professionally and deferentially as Steve has treated me. In addition to politeness and professionalism, he thinks ahead. As I drove to the dealership this morning, I sent an email asking whether I could send some information to allow finance to go more smoothly. He called me on my cell less than 10 minutes later indicating he had already pulled my last file and forwarded it to finance to get all of the documentation started. This is a guy who goes beyond and actually asks: "What will make my customer's buying experience better?" Cannot say enough - extremely positive experience with Steve and with Hamer Toyota! More
