He showed us all our options and went through the website to look at the available inventory. The reason we drove past two other dealerships to come to Hamer Toyota was due to the large amount of certified pre-owned vehicles to choose from. We went for a test drive and he answered all of our questions. They offered a reasonable price for a Rav4 in excellent condition as well as offered a fair price for my trade in. The deal was easy to make with no pressure as Steve threw in the floor mats with no haggling. We will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases. Thank You Steve. More

After my lease was about to be over on my vehicle, I went to see Steve Denson at Hamer Toyota. My family and I have been buying and leasing vehicles from Steve for over 20 years now. I told Steve what vehicle, color and trim I was looking for and he found the perfect vehicle for me. Steve is honest, straight forward and honestly a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be making my way back to Hamer Toyota and Steve when this lease is up and so on etc. The whole experience took about two and half hours from start to finish. Both of those previous experiences were long, convoluted, and nerve-wracking. When it came time to replace one of our cars, we wanted to find a new, hopefully better, experience. We found a car online at Hamer with specs we wanted and a price that couldn't be beat. I called the dealership immediately to make sure it was still available. By luck of the draw, Steve picked up the phone and we agreed to meet the next day to see the car. Because we had an early afternoon appointment that day, he even agreed to meet us earlier than his normal start time. I had a good feeling about him from the get go. We arrived a little early, but he was already on the lot getting the car ready for a test drive. Steve's personality is polar opposite of most every other salesperson I've ever dealt with. Super relaxed, zero-pressure. Makes you feel like you've known him for years, and makes buying a car feel easy. His biggest concern from minute-one was making sure we were happy with the car and that it was everything we hoped it would be from the online listing. And true to his word, he had us rolling off the lot in record time, just a couple hours later. Our Prius lease is up at the end of this year, and we will, without a doubt, be back to see Steve. More
