First BMW Experience I had my first BMW experience with Autohaus and can only say good things about the team. Joe Bauer was the primary client advisor and we had a number of discussions over several weeks about what I was trying to accomplish (downsizing multiple vehicles to one, as well as financial/budget). Joe was good at providing advice and ideas, and never once did I feel any pressure to move anything forward. It made for a very comfortable approach to buying a car ... ultimately ordering one to my specifications, and achieving my goals financially. At the day of pickup same Joe ... was all very focused on service, Steve Emerson in Finance was a new face ... and he was nice to talk to, made the experience pleasant, did not push anything on me ... and then finally Mason McMillian providing the overview of the car's capabilities / technology (there is a lot!) and helping my wife and I feel comfortable in the new X7 as we left the dealership. The overall experience was incredibly pleasant and I applaud all their efforts. More
