I asked for Todd Cherry, the receptionist asked me if I knew what he looked like, when I said no, she waited for him to arrive even though she was on her way to lunch. From there I was introduced to Joe Bauer he was very personable and professional. Chris Buie showed me lots of options on my new x4 and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Steve Emerson walked me through the deal with detailed explanation and I was on the road in less than 2 hours. These gentleman set the standard for ultimate customer service and professionalism.
