After losing my cool not only did Joe Emerson and Steve Emerson (both in sales) jump though hoops the General Manager jumped in to help clean up a mess all due to lack of communications. I will admit I love my x5 and more so after these 3 jumped in to help out and help out Joe and Steve did, something sales shouldn't have to do but they did, they truly care about their customers. Service advisors do have some issues but after speaking with the GM she said she would do what is needed to help out and take notice. That alone will make a difference for all customers. I strongly highly recommend Autohaus for you service needs. Just make sure you know whom you are going to see and don't be shy about asking for help from Joe or Steve, both are k ick butt guys and men on their word. More

Steve Emerson is outstanding to work with as is going there. I just purchased my X5. Working with Steve Emerson was a breath of fresh air since I am not used to doing the fiancé paperwork and in the pass I alwa I just purchased my X5. Working with Steve Emerson was a breath of fresh air since I am not used to doing the fiancé paperwork and in the pass I always drove Acuras and paid cash. We purchased our first BMW with Steve a few years back and now back with the pleasure of driving a new X5. Steve went above what is expected when doing a car loan or any loan. Steve has made this purchase enjoyable and highly recommend him when buying your BMW from Autohaus, Autohaus BMW is far above the other BMW dealerships in so many ways and most is your not judge by what your driving or wearing when looking at the car to purchase unlike another dealership. Computer with 4 wheels We came to Autohaus to look at cars. We left 5 hours later with a high functioning computer inside a metal box on four wheels. It will take us months to be proficient at the computers. Meanwhile we’ll enjoy the ride Our salesperson Joshua Gould led us through the decision making process gently and capably. Best carbuying experience ever. Larry, the “genius” is just that in instructing in the mysteries of the computers. Mr Emerson the finance guy is efficient and pleasant. It’s our 4 th BMW. Hope this one is as good as the others. More
