They were very professional with their customer service while adding a little humor. My husband was able to bring the car home to Silver Spring Md, on a Thursday to test drive. When we returned Saturday morning to complete the paper work was hassle and stress free. My husband"s current cell would not completely compatible with the wireless system in the car, he needed to upgrade to a iphone. The dealership paid for half the cost of a new phone. We are very satisfied customers! More

No Haggle makes me a Happy Customer I had a great experience trading in my 2 year old Nissan Sentra for a Nissan Altima. The salesman, Dave worked with the GM, Steve to get me what I re I had a great experience trading in my 2 year old Nissan Sentra for a Nissan Altima. The salesman, Dave worked with the GM, Steve to get me what I really wanted. They never haggled with me they just gave me my options and left it to me to trade in or not. I couldn't be any happier trading in my vehicle from Younger Nissan. I got a new car with more of the bells & whistles and my payments stayed the same. My family has bought 3 cars from here and we have referred other business to them. You won't be disappointed with Younger Nissan. They have exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. More

Avoid at all costs My 08 Versa hatchback needed a new transmission, which has had so many problems that Nissan extended the warranty to 120k miles. They have had my car My 08 Versa hatchback needed a new transmission, which has had so many problems that Nissan extended the warranty to 120k miles. They have had my car for two weeks now, and tell me it'll be another 11 or 12 until I get it back. I asked about a loaner, and the service manager told me that they have rental for $20/day but they would happily split that with me, bringing my share down to $10. Per day. For a warranty replacement. Even spoke to GM and "partner" Steve, who told me that I haven't spent enough in his service department to justify anything else, and was happy to "lose my business over a couple of hundred dollars." When I expressed worry that it might not be repaired correctly, he told me that it would be done correctly, "just so we don't have to see your face ever again." I called Nissan and they are investigating. More

I went to Younger, hoping to make a deal but ready to walk to the next dealership. Joe and Steve really worked hard to keep me there and got me to the price I wanted. Walked away from my Silverado and into a Frontier and am extremely happy. Hope the service is better than GM, if so Nissan will get a bunch more purchases from me! More

I was checking the internet for the Nissan Frontier Pro-4X.....and after visiting a few in the Washington Metro area ,I was getting very frustrated with the sales people not returning my calls for this Pro-4X.....and after visiting a few in the Washington Metro area ,I was getting very frustrated with the sales people not returning my calls for this particular model ( no inventory and prices were too high)...So I came upon Younger Nissan in Frederick,Md on the internet and they had just what I wanted, so i called and Eric the Mgr. invited me to come in....So, I drove over 50 miles in a SNOWSTORM to look at this truck! Karen Luedeman was assigned to me by the internet sales mgr. Eric...and she took it from there...WOW!...she was great! Very informative and a easy to work with and a "GREAT" sense of humor...no price haggling....no pressure....and I got a fair trade on my old vehicle....I was extremely happy driving home in that snowstorm...because I really got the truck I wanted....I have been buying vehicles for more than 43 years and i would say this dealership really made me feel comfortable! I told Karen and Steve, the GM.. I am coming back to buy my vehicles from them and would recommend my friends and co-workers to this dealership....Many thanks to the Great Staff at Younger Nissan...very user friendly and approachable.....I have no regrets driving 50 miles in that snowstorm..... I can not find enough words for the great experience I had with the dealership. From the moment I called the experience was awesome. Everyone was pleasant and aiding.
