Excellence in alk areas A big shout out to Amanda!! I took my Ferrari California T in for the annual service. One thing led to another and they had to order some parts. Am A big shout out to Amanda!! I took my Ferrari California T in for the annual service. One thing led to another and they had to order some parts. Amanda Tovar, my Service Advisor, took care of everything, called me at least once a week to keep me appraised of the progress and got my car back to me in excellent condition. This is the 3rd or 4th visit to Boardwalk's service department, and no matter what the issue was - Amanda handled it very professionally and I did not need to worry about anything. Steve Fordham runs the Service Department and they do excellent work. More

Annual Service/Sticky trim replacement Chris and the entire service department did a great job! I recently took my car in for annual service and to have the "sticky" buttons addressed. Whe Chris and the entire service department did a great job! I recently took my car in for annual service and to have the "sticky" buttons addressed. When I took the car in, I was personally in a time crunch to get the car back for a graduation parade. -It came down to the last minute and all involved went over and above; from what I understand they even stayed late to get the car completed on time. Everyone there went above and beyond the call of duty- And the new buttons look great! NO MORE STICKY'S!!!! More

As always, they treated me like a valued customer, even though I drive an older model (lower value) Ferrari. I appreciated that they made me feel like my car was special. I also appreciated that they kept me updated about the service status and a let me know what to expect. I also used their pickup and return service, which was very convenient. Replacement key I'm guessing that under normal circumstances getting a new key for your Ferrari would not be so difficult.
