I went to Dover Chevy in hopes of finding a vehicle that better suit my needs for my life right now and had more safety features. Disappointed with the overall experience with this dealership. Poor communication about the condition of the used car I purchased. Was told by salesman and head of service that they would take care of dealership. Poor communication about the condition of the used car I purchased. The head of service was helpful but has never call back with one outstanding item I asked about. I would never go back to this dealership.. When I tried to contact the salesman, I was told he quit.
