I'm happy I don't like buying cars, the process is horrible, and most of the time I don't trust anything happening in the process. It's a character flaw of min I don't like buying cars, the process is horrible, and most of the time I don't trust anything happening in the process. It's a character flaw of mine. Del actually made buying a car easy, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of... I felt like they had no interest in trying to take advantage of even the smallest situation. In fact, I felt like they were listening intently to what I wanted, and were upfront about the product and the price. I got exactly what I wanted at a price better than the other dealers I checked against. It was the best buying experience I've ever had. More

New Car Purchase - Rava4 Old car lease expired June 16 2019 & received call from Steve Heinze, previous sales rep I had & advised lease expiring & Steve spoke 2 my wife & advi Old car lease expired June 16 2019 & received call from Steve Heinze, previous sales rep I had & advised lease expiring & Steve spoke 2 my wife & advised Steve what we required 2 do new deal, 2 b very honest within 24 hours Del Toyota had the vehicle I wanted & at same price as previous deal. This was Thursday may 9th & we were back @ Del Friday morning to papers & take delivery of new Rav4. Really good service. More
