Steve Heinze is a great agent to deal with. He was responsive, quick to address our needs, and was most accommodating. I was not planning on getting the Tacoma, but Steve offered me a package He was responsive, quick to address our needs, and was most accommodating. I was not planning on getting the Tacoma, but Steve offered me a package that was hard to ignore and refuse. With my request to be able to inspect the truck's underside, Steve arranged with a mechanic (I forget his name, but he also deserves kudos), in the shopfloor and had the truck lifted up for a good inspection. This mechanic pointed out particular maintenance tips and highlights why Tacomas were particularly robust and long lived. Del Toyota, simply a great organization. More
