Steve Hertogs went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car that I want with the price I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and worked with me without trying to sway with either direction. He was in no way pushy what-so-ever. He responded to all my questions via email in a timely matter and gave me such a good deal to my 2017 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. After I decided on pursuing on buying my RAV4 the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Thanks to Dominik Gibek. Transparent in sharing price information I first picked up a Consumer Reports new car buying guide for info on makes and models and how to shop for a car, how to interface with a dealer, and I first picked up a Consumer Reports new car buying guide for info on makes and models and how to shop for a car, how to interface with a dealer, and how to avoid the diversionary sales tactics employed by some salesmen. Among the 3 dealers I emailed for price quotes and then followed up with a visit, Oak Lawn Toyota was the clear winner in terms of promptly quoting detailed, easy-to-follow "out-the-door" total costs, responding to every email and call, The financing guy, Frank Alessi, not only got me a good financing deal, but also spent about 20 minutes with me explaining in detail the simple steps I should take to cleaning up and improving my credit score. The whole experience was no pressure. When I left at the end of my first visit, when I left and said I wanted to "think it through" over the weekend, they simply said "yeah good idea. We'll be here tomorrow." The other two dealerships I visited tried pressuring me into signing and giving them a down payment before leaving. And one dealership in Lincolnwood trotted out every stale sales tactic in the book to pressure me, and then had 3 salespeople in my face as I tried to leave, visibly angry that I wasn't signing on the spot, which was totally the opposite my experience at Oak Lawn Toyota. I can't know if my buying experience at Oak Lawn Toyota went so good because I had done some online research in advance, and asked for a clear price quote in advance, or whether every customer has the same great experience there. But I know for certain the price I got was good without having to haggle, and the final paperwork/financing stuff went as quickly and smoothly as could be expected. More

Above and beyond I leased a vehicle threw Oak Lawn Toyota. The salesman Dominik was extremely nice and so was his manager Steve. In the process of completing the lease I leased a vehicle threw Oak Lawn Toyota. The salesman Dominik was extremely nice and so was his manager Steve. In the process of completing the lease there were some bumps in the road. It lead to me having the car looked at. Steve and Dominik bent over backwords for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by getting me into another vehicle. I am beyond happy with the service I have recieved and the car I have leased. I wouldnt hesitate recommending anyone to purchase or lease a vehicle threw them. More

I visited to shop for a lease of a 2015 Toyota Sienna. I had visited here in 2010 and 2012 to shop for a lease and ultimately used another dealership. I thought I'd try again, but this time convinced me to Never try this dealership again. When I arrived I was introduced to a salesperson, who was called away from helping me to help with a Spanish translation. He did not reappear for 10-15 minutes. So I went out into the showroom where I encountered the "managers." In conversation with them, the salesperson reappeared, made some remark, and called me "honey." I am a female in my 60's and found this to be very disturbing. Then a manager ran the numbers on a car I was not interested in. He got the make wrong! Then another manager took over, told me he had a Limted with "some miles on it, and I could see the car the next day between 11:30 and 4:30. I returned the next day (with 5 children) in mid-afternoon and the car wasn't there. I returned about 5:45, looked at the car, went in and asked for the lease terms. They hadn't run the numbers after my making three trips there! Needless to say I left and will NEVER return. More

A Great Experience I went back to Oak Lawn Toyota for my new car. The last time I bought a car it was 10 years ago at Oak Lawn Toyota. I was hoping that the atmosphere I went back to Oak Lawn Toyota for my new car. The last time I bought a car it was 10 years ago at Oak Lawn Toyota. I was hoping that the atmosphere, quality and friendliness of the staff hadn't changed. I was not disappointed. The staff is still friendly and helpful. I walked in @ 4 pm and left with a new car before 7 pm. The team worked with me to find a price everyone would be comfortable with. These days it's hard to find a car dealership where a person is treated with decency. A big thank you to Oak Lawn Toyota! More
