I purchased my vehicle and got it serviced here a year later. It took me 3 appointments before I was able to get it serviced as they do not look at your vehicle the day or your appointment but about 2 day later. It took me 3 appointments before I was able to get it serviced as they do not look at your vehicle the day or your appointment but about 2 days afterwards. Not very convenient. Communication for updates is okay, not the greatest. Service was well done. More

We scheduled an appointment for a regular service: oil change, filter, tire rotation, and checking fluids. The appointment was at 2:45; they took my truck at 2:26, and it’s now 5:30 and I still don’t have change, filter, tire rotation, and checking fluids. The appointment was at 2:45; they took my truck at 2:26, and it’s now 5:30 and I still don’t have an answer. The person who assisted me didn’t even have the courtesy to call me, even though when I arrived I told them I would be waiting for my truck on-site.
