The Ferman Service Department is by far the worst service department that I have ever had to deal with! I have tried to look past the inefficiencies and give them the opportunity to redeem themselves however department that I have ever had to deal with! I have tried to look past the inefficiencies and give them the opportunity to redeem themselves however it seems like they are not capable of doing so. I scheduled a front and back break replacement to which when I arrived I was informed that it could take two days, they may or may not have the parts and a tech would need to analyze prior to performing. I am not the average person who gets work performed without knowing that I need it so when I scheduled the appointment I know what needs to be accomplished. Taking my truck in for service puts a strain on my daily activities for my business so again that is why I schedule accordingly. I purchased about $250,000.00 worth of trucks at this location so I would expect top notch service but again the service department is a joke even on a simple oil change. More
