Geesh! This place is unreal! They sold me a new Tiguan and the body control module failed. They couldn’t fix it for over 5 weeks or offer a timetable for a fix because the part was on indefinite backorde and the body control module failed. They couldn’t fix it for over 5 weeks or offer a timetable for a fix because the part was on indefinite backorder. I had to sell them the Tiguan at a loss because it was a lemon they told me could shut off at any time and they could not fix...I needed and paid for a car that could drive. Surprise surprise, the part I was waiting for came in the following week and they will only sell me back my car for a loss to me after completely scamming me. When they negotiate and try to come up with an agreement to satisfy you, you better get it in writing because they will try to renegotiate on your drive in. More
