I knew what I wanted for the most part, and I wasn't railroaded into doing somet I was assisted by a Steve Kramer at Coastal Kia on the 23rd of April. I knew what I wanted for the most part, and I wasn't railroaded into doing something else or going for more expensive options. If I wanted to know something about the vehicle I was told promptly and my inquiries about pricing and promotions was met professionally and considered. My whole experience with costal kia was absolutely fantastic. This was my first new car purchase and costal made the whole process seamless. Steve Kramer was an absolute joy to work with. He reached out ahead of our scheduled meeting to get the process started which saved a ton of time. He also preped the vehicle I was looking at to get the test drive started before I arrived. Tyler desmarest in the finance department was super fun and made the boring paperwork part more fun. Overall my experience with costal kia was easy, fun, and quick. I would recommend Steve and Tyler to anyone who wanted to get a great vehicle at a great price. More

Great Online Buying Experience! Coastal Kia had the best (and largest) selection of the new 2021 Kia Seltos. Because of the recent stay-at-home orders, this all had to be done online Coastal Kia had the best (and largest) selection of the new 2021 Kia Seltos. Because of the recent stay-at-home orders, this all had to be done online, and Steve made the experience so easy! He explained everything and answered all the questions I had. He and Mike (finance) bent over backwards to make sure they understood my needs and made it happen! Having the car delivered to me (I didn't even have to leave my house!) was the icing on the cake! Thanks to everyone at Coastal Kia!! More
