The wait was as expected. It was 2 free recall repairs and took approximately 2 hours. Service staff were friendly. It was reassembled but did not work well and fell apart after getting home. The floor mgr. "GQ" was exceptionally affable! Just got a good vibe. Nice fellow. The sales guy, "Steve", pushed a little more than was welcome and wanted to go head to head with my husband on numbers, rates, engine knowledge, a bit too much. He's called twice since and I've said we are just not ready to buy yet. We were looking at a Kia Soul 2024. I currently have a 2011 that I am very happy with. More
