That hands down has to be the worst part of buying a car for me personally. I was in Medical sales for 26 years. There's nothing more I can't stand than a pushing sleazy, salesman. Steve was a professional and a gentleman. PS, I love my pre-owned Caddy that looks brand new!!!! Great Price! Generous value for my trade in. Will definitely be buying my next Caddy from Otto. More

I was disappointed that a new car does not come with an owners manual. I was not told that was the case until x out a week after the sale.
