I want to praise the assistance of Steve Lowell, Red Team Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. I had no appointment and Steve handled the situation in Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. After getting a handle on the situation, he compassionately made arrangements for a loaner car so I could get my groceries home, while the matter was resolved.
