I recently purchased a Ford Maverick from Nye Ford in Oneida, N.Y. The Ford Maverick is an amazing truck for its price range. I had the good fortune to have the Sales Consultant Alex Bryden, Alex is a Oneida, N.Y. The Ford Maverick is an amazing truck for its price range. I had the good fortune to have the Sales Consultant Alex Bryden, Alex is an easy going guy, who took me out for a test drive and explained all of the technological features on the vehicle. Alex set up my Ford App and my Apple CarPlay for me. The backup camera on the new Ford vehicles is very impressive. Alex Bryden is very professional and knowledgeable in his job. If you are in the market for a new Ford vehicle then I highly recommend that you ask for Alex Bryden. He is a no pressure type guy and makes the car buying experience enjoyable. The Sales Manager at the Dealership is Stephen Lupinski, and he cut me a fair deal. The Finance Manager Matthew Keller is very nice and will walk you through the payment process. The Detailing Department at Nye Ford is probably the best you will find anywhere in the world. The Detailing Manager Tim is a true artist. Upon pickup, my truck was spotless and shining like an emerald. I have never seen a finer finish on a vehicle. There are two wonderful ladies in the Service Department named Keri Whitmeyer and Michele LaRue who made me feel welcome. A Service Technician named Andrew showed me how to remove my spare tire from underneath the truck. Not an easy task to try on your own for the first time. Super nice guy. I was very impressed with the overall service at Nye Ford and I highly recommend this Dealership. More

They were excellent in taking care of my new truck. It was in an accident and needed some new parts. The manager told us it was going to be 3 days to get it done and they crushed it in 2 days!!!!!
