I brought my car in back on a saturday because my maintenance warning light was on and it was not reset when i brought it in for my new car's 1st service on wed. I was told by Steve that i would nee maintenance warning light was on and it was not reset when i brought it in for my new car's 1st service on wed. I was told by Steve that i would need to wait 2hrs to get my maintenance reset. 2hrs to wait for a reset? After i complained he took my car to get reset and i got the car back within 7mins. He wanted me to wait 2hrs for a reset that took less than 7mins. He needs to be checked if he is causing other customers wasted time for simple tasks on their cars. I have been going to this dealer for years for my 2017 Subaru Forester. They are all very knowledgeable, polite, and honest with work that is more critical versus things that can wait for a bit. I have tried other mechanics in the area with my subie and have been disappointed. This place exceeds expectations by always being transparent. Plus they send a Lyft to be able to allow me to wait from home or if the time is longer than expected providing me a car to allow me to get other things accomplished during my cars time at the shop. 100% recommend them if you have a Subaru and want honest transparent service!
