Our first service visit to Walker Ford and everything worked out very well. When we arrived our serviceman Steven met us guided us through what was going to happen where to go and wait the whole process worked out very well. I just wanted to let Frank Walker know how great his dealership is and how great his employees are. I purchased a used 2016 F-150 platinum 4x4 a couple of weeks ago and traded in a 2016 F-150 platinum a dealership is and how great his employees are. I purchased a used 2016 F-150 platinum 4x4 a couple of weeks ago and traded in a 2016 F-150 platinum and I asked Mr. Ivey Thigpen about swapping out the wheels and tires from the truck that I traded in with my new one and he without hesitation agreed to do this for me, I would say that he went way above expectations and this is just what I have found with this dealership and all who work for you. Too many visits to fix air conditioner problem. Six visits at a total cost of $4588 to repair my air conditioner. Service department did a replacement of the rear AC Aux unit on the fourth visit as Six visits at a total cost of $4588 to repair my air conditioner. Service department did a replacement of the rear AC Aux unit on the fourth visit as a solution to the problem, but this was evidently not the cause. This guess at the problem cost me an unnecessary $1988. I think the problem has been fixed per visit number six, as they replaced the evaporator. Time will tell. Overall, I have liked the sales people and the service contact people here very much. Servicing in the past has been good and fair. But on rating at this time for this problem, I have to say it should not have taken this long to fix the problem, and I should not have been charged for replacing the rear AC Aux unit. More

Outstanding Experience I recently took my car in for the 30,000 mile service visit. My Advisor, Steve McHenry, could not have been more professional and kind. While he offered shuttle service so that I would not have to wait on site, I opted to stay. During the time I was at Walker Ford, I was able to personally experience as well as observe the high level of professionalism and care displayed by Mr. McHenry, Dee, as well as numerous other employees throughout the morning who went out of their way to address customer's needs and requests. And all of this in addition to the outstanding service they provided for my car! More
