This service dealer does not provide solutions but adds to problems that are high cost. Diagnosed A/C issue but did not provide a solution to fixing it. I always get great service here. The service manager is always around. He is literally all over the place checking on the service writers, mechanics and most important the customer! Always feel like I’m important to Honda. Every dealers service station I’ve ever gone to, jeep, Hyundai, VW, always seems as if they “find” something to add to the cost of a service appointment. Honda alw service station I’ve ever gone to, jeep, Hyundai, VW, always seems as if they “find” something to add to the cost of a service appointment. Honda always seems like they aren’t looking to squeeze blood from a stone. I can’t tell you strongly enough how psychologically important that is to a customer. It’s the reason people don’t go to a car dealers service area. They always seem like they’re ripping you off. In the years my wife and I have been buying from Honda we have never, not once, felt this way. And the service specialists go out of their way always, to make us feel like we’re family, not just customers. More
