My name is Jason Etter. My mother recently leased a Honda Civic from HoF and Steve (service) was rude, accusatory, and, frankly, did not deliver on the service we expect from HoF. My wife, myself, and my mot Civic from HoF and Steve (service) was rude, accusatory, and, frankly, did not deliver on the service we expect from HoF.
