I appreciated the service that I received when I brought in my honda for a recall situation. What I did not appreciate is basically Steve TELLING me to give him a 5 star rating. It made me so uncomfor in my honda for a recall situation. What I did not appreciate is basically Steve TELLING me to give him a 5 star rating. It made me so uncomfortable and there was also a piece of paper telling me to give him a 5 star rating also. I think that is just pushy customer service and I would use my old Honda dealer that is much farther away in the future for all my needs. More
