I got a flat tire on my Honda passport. I went to the dealership to ask him to put a patch in the tire because it had a plug and they refused and I paid for the extra service. I told him how can I tow it if I was in New York at the time or they told me you should have took the tire off and brought the tire with them the mail to us which is ridiculous.
