He listened attentively to our checklist of what we wanted in a new car; then quickly reviewed their inventory to find a nearly perfect match. Steve moved immediately to ensure that the car was set aside for our review of its features and for a test drive. He took the time to explain the standard and optional equipment on the car and demonstrated how to operate everything. He then laid out the pricing for us and got us into the finance office as quickly as possible. Because of Steve's efforts, the whole process went very smoothly. We now have a beautiful new car. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More

This is not my first rodeo when buying a car from a dealership and I have to say I’m extremely wowed!! Talk about good customer service. You know that cut throat, highly competitive, gotta sell a car, dealership and I have to say I’m extremely wowed!! Talk about good customer service. You know that cut throat, highly competitive, gotta sell a car, pushy salesman that tries to make you think your desired car is going to walk off the lot if you don’t make a split second decision? Or the one who acts nonchalant and doesn’t really listen to what you want but tries to push the most expensive and decked out vehicle on you? Well that is the opposite of the experience that you will have at Bommarito. Our salesman was Steve Nodiff and he was just fantastic. He gave us time to weigh the pros and cons of different vehicles for our family and helped us compare the details for the different cars of the same model once we’d narrowed it down. And once we’d decided exactly what we were looking for and they didn’t have a vehicle with those features in the color I wanted, he tracked it from the factory for us and called us when it came in. We had such a great experience we actually kind of unexpectedly bought a mustang in addition to the expedition that we came in looking for 🤷🏻‍♀️ and traded in both of our vehicles that we weren’t as in love with anymore 💁🏻‍♀️. So, we bought our vehicles and signed all the papers with an awesome gentleman back in finance too, Jon Chung. He was very efficient, friendly and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. To top it all off when we were done with all the paperwork and everything was finalized the great customer service still continued. Steve took us to our two new vehicles and walked us through setting up the Ford App to sync with our respective vehicles and talked us through all the bells and whistles in our new rides. During the whole experience I never felt like a number to rush a sale and shove out the door— I felt like a valued customer. I’m sure they’re all great but personally I’d say, ask for Steve if you’re looking to get yourself a car! Plus if you act fast, they’ve got some pretty good dealership promotions going on. More
