Not customer friendly Scranton Service almost seems to take pride and joy in lying to you. If they put as much effort into service, there would be far fewer issues. FYI - the "reply" posts here to reach out to Fred or Keith to address complaints are largely PR. They have little to no interest in actually resolving your problems. More

Road vibration Just completed the 4th visit for road vibration and problem still not corrected. The last visit was only after I requested the service after 5 phone requests and threatening to go directly to Cadillac for help. The new tires Scranton installed are either defective or not balanced correctly. Not sure where to go now, whether I should go to another Cadillac dealer or tire specialty business. I have owned Cadillacs for over 25 years and never had any problems before. I even at the point of thinking about buying a new car elsewhere as I can’t live with this condition. I get the impression that your service doesn’t believe what I’m saying. More

The GM Ryan needs some people skills. Not a very nice personality. The Scranton’s always were so personable. This fellow, not so much. Just look at the revolving door on the service manager’s position.I love the service staff but not the new management. You asked for my opinion and here it is. I talked to David Baeza in sales and he’s a great person. More
