Great as always. Staff and managers were friendly and professional as they always are. Very thoughtful in providing service with helpful feedback and suggestions. Service Steve is great! Very helpful and open communication every step of the way. I bought a used car in October but it’s a 2018 with less than 10k miles, so Steve is great! Very helpful and open communication every step of the way. I bought a used car in October but it’s a 2018 with less than 10k miles, so basically brand new; after less than a month I had sensor problems. He did everything he could to make sure I would no longer have to make weekly service visits to the dealership. More

Excellent service by Jason Palmer In 2004, I purchased a Honda Civic at Curry Honda in Chicopee. The sales person was Jason Palmer. During the purchase process, Jason was very efficien In 2004, I purchased a Honda Civic at Curry Honda in Chicopee. The sales person was Jason Palmer. During the purchase process, Jason was very efficient. After the purchase, I started taking my car to be serviced at Curry Honda service department. Come to find out that Jason worked at that department as a service advisor. Once again, he was very efficient at his position and I received great service from him for a long time. In 2016, I bought a Nissan Rogue at Curry Nissan. Again, discovered that Jason is a service advisor at this department. I have been receiving an excellent service by him. During my last visit Jason was able to save me $210.00. I am so grateful for that. I strongly believe that Jason Palmer is a great asset to your company. More
